in the parents’ bedroom.

- Winter Deals include luxury
living with our gourmet half-board accommodation, sumptuous breakfast
buffet (hot and cold), a four-course menu with a main course of your
choice, a welcome cocktail with the Tschol family, one candle-lit
dinner, diverse buffets, free tea, coffee and cake in the afternoons,
use of the indoor swimming pool and all of the treatments available
in the Spa and Vitality Area (massages, beauty
treatments and solarium available for an additional charge) and
an Arlberg lift pass.
- Winter - Day-Prices are designed
principally for half-board stays lasting less than 4 days and not
including the purchase of a lift pass.
- ALL ROOMS are non-smoking. The
rooms are equipped with a bath or shower, toilet, hairdryer, cable
television, safe, telephone, bathrobe and bath flip-flops.
On top of that, the majority of our rooms have an Internet connection
(cable modem for use with a laptop available for an additional charge)
and several of them are also equipped with a balcony.
- The indoor swimming pool and Spa and Vitality Area
are the ideal place to kick back and relax, with 2 infusion saunas,
a steam grotto, Kneipp relaxation treatment pool, solarium and
massages.
- On Christmas Eve (24.12.) we
offer a seasonal Christmas party and gala dinner (please wear evening
dress). On
New Year´s Eve (31.12.) is our gala
dinner and New Year’s Eve party with live music (obligatory New Year’s
Eve supplement of € 60 per person, please wear evening dress).
- Fasching Carnival: enjoy all
the fun of ‘Rosenmontag’, the first Monday of the traditional
Austrian ‘Fasching’ carnival (please bring your own mask).
- We offer a special programme to accompany the sun skiing on
offer in the New Year.
- We accept credit cards (Visa
and MasterCard) for all services offered by the hotel. We cannot,
however, accept credit cards for services not carried out by the
hotel itself such as lift passes and ski school payments - if payment
is made by credit card 3 % extra, is charged.
- You can also pay an unlimited amount by debit
card (neither
PIN nor confirmation slip required). On top of that we will not demand
any processing fee for the transaction. This service is only available
for Austrian, German and Dutch debit cards.

- The hotel and its guests are subject to the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions.
For cancellations up to 6 weeks before the scheduled day of arrival
the deposit will be refunded -5 %, for cancellations up to 4 weeks
before the scheduled day of arrival -50 %. We cannot give any refund
on any bookings cancelled less than 4 weeks before the scheduled
day of arrival. In the case of late arrival or premature departure,
the price charged will be for that of the time period booked. We
