Actually, the Adler’s culinary delights are exquisite. Go on, taste the difference: 4-course set menus and buffet specialities give you the opportunity to do so. Treat yourself to a romantic, candle-lit dinner, let yourself be spoilt in the à la carte restaurant by every trick in the book and enjoy the best of traditional catering in our Aquila restaurant across the street.
And at the end of the day, the enjoyment continues at a brisk pace, as seems to be an “Alpine speciality”: at the bar, our venue to put you in a good mood, where so many have already come to love that subtle difference between actual and perceived time... Is it to do with the remarkable selection of whiskeys and wines? Or with the Adler’s après-ski cocktails? Yes, but which? Well, at the bar it’s a bit like it is in sport – a little frivolity never does any harm!

Dine in our 400-year-old original Tyrolean inn and enjoy subtle and sophisticated home-grown specialities and locally-sourced products.
Our kitchen team, led by Mr Stephan Dialer, use only fresh products from managed sources. Their creativity and commitment have earned them a commendation in the Michelin Guide. The attentive service is provided here by our sommelier Ms Christa Fleschutz and her team. We organise wine tastings for wine connoisseurs in our wine cellar.

Our café-restaurant Aquila, immediately opposite the Hotel Schwarzer Adler, is a very stylish restaurant with an informal atmosphere and is of the usual high quality.
