My Adler Day

by Anni Sophie @annisophie_

Hello everyone!

I spent the last weekend in the beautiful country of Austria again, this time at Hotel Schwarzer Adler. The 4*s hotel is located in St. Anton, directly at the mountainside and really close to the ski slopes.

From the very beginning, I understood that the hotel’s top priority is its hospitality and I felt more than comfortable with the hotel’s combination of tradition and modernity.

After an extensive breakfast, I immediately hit the mountain. This time, however, without skis or snowboard. Since the lift is next to the hotel, I didn’t need to go that far and we were up the mountain in no time, enjoying the great weather and the fresh mountain air.

Later, at around 3.00 p.m., we returned to the hotel to enjoy the delicious cakes with some coffee.

With new energy, we headed for the sky pool, which I had been looking forward to the whole time. The view was great and the pool comfortably warm. The spa at Hotel Schwarzer Adler is perfect if you want to relax and feel comfortable. Apart from the sky pool, there are two recreation rooms, a sauna and a large indoor pool.

By dinner time, we were completely relaxed. We had a dinner buffet on the first evening and dinner à la carte on the second evening. Both food and service was simply perfect! The staff was cordial and the food incredibly good. I hardly had anything better before. The hotel has several restaurants, including the à la carte restaurant. It’s very comfortable with its modern and well-aligned furnishing.

After dinner, we had a short drink at the bar and finally hit the cosy bed.

I’d also like to tell you something about our room: We had a magnificent view of the mountains and slopes. The bathroom was equipped with shower, toilet, bath tub and two basins; everything was very modern. The room was furnished with a large wardrobe, a double bed, a desk, a couch and a flat screen.

Love, Anni
