The wellbeing, safety and security of our guests and our staff has been at the heart of the Schwarzer Adler for generations. Even more in the current situation, we will do everything, so that you can spend a safe and worry-free holiday.

Most things do not change, even if the times are difficult: we welcome you in our house with Austrian hospitality. In addition, our spacious hotel offers room for you to enjoy relaxing holidays. Nevertheless, the are adaptions, which we have put together for you on this page. 

We try our best to keep the following page up-to-date, but due to the constant changes, we cannot be held accountable for the validitiy of the information. The entrance rules for our Austria and our hotel

Starting from 5 March, the following restrictions are in place:

  • no entrance rules
  • no closing time for bars and restaurants (3G rule or mask in night clubs)
  • no capacity restrictions 
  • no masks

SAFE CHECK-in & CHECK-OUT

We organize the check-in and check-out procedure as efficient and contactless as possible. Please take advantage of the online check-in and pay your bill on the evening before your departure, so that we can avoid a crowd of people in the reception area. 

Hygiene

Please wash your hands with soap regularily during the day. In addtion, desinfection stations are located throughout the hotel. Please consider the right etiquette when coughing. 

Restaurant

In our restaurant has been adapted to the current needs and offeres plenty of space an distance. 

Spa & Wellness

Our spacious spa area with pools and saunas is open, but please keep the minimum distance in mind. 

Child care

Currently, our child care daily (except Saturday) from 3pm to 9pm in our play room is open. In addition, we are happy to arrange private baby sitting for you (extra charge).

Thank you for your support

We rely on your cooperation in all areas and thank you for your support and understanding. 

Please follow the following principles when you do not feel well or show symptoms:

  • If you are ill before you travel: Please stay at home and protect yourself and others!
  • When you experience any symptoms (f.e. coughing, sore throat, loss of sense of smell or taste, fever, etc.) during your stay, please remain at your hotel room and call the reception immediately.
