Tyrolean cuisine equals “Gröstl” and “Knödel”? Not at all! In the fourth edition of the series “Austrian cooking”, 12 of Tyrol’s best chefs show that this part of Austria is without doubt one of the gourmet hotspots.
Among these top chefs is of course our head chef Stephan Dialer. He and his colleagues have put together 36 seducing recipes with their personal cooking secrets and they have come up with an unconventional cookery book about Tyrol and its unique cusisine. Moreover, these food artists do not only present incredible recipes, they also give a rare insight into their philosophies and role models.
