Our old wood sauna was built from naturally aged wood and is really unique. Not only will you see it, but also will you feel it. Real sauna fans can reach up to 100 degree Celsius. Our sauna attendant provides a special in winter – a way of pouring water on hot stones you will remember for a long time. Or as the Finnish say: the perfect “Löyly”!

FOR EPICURES
You do not like it that hot? The temperature in our brine steam bath is more moderate. Your airways will be cleaned, your circulation will be stimulated, and your tense muscles will relax. Covered in warm wafts of mist, you will be able to enjoy the steam bath thoroughly. Moreover, the brine (salt) and the high air humidity will make your skin soft to the touch.

DEEP HEAT FOR BODY AND SOUL
There are infrared cabins in both the non-nude and the nude areas. Infrared radiation is also called heat radiation. It will relax your muscles, stimulate your metabolism and strengthen your immune system. Not only will your body be warmed up, but also will your mind get relaxed in a gentle way. Apparently, even happiness hormones are released. We cannot prove it, but it feels very much like it!
TRADITIONAL OUTDOOR SAUNA
Authentic, cosy and rustic. Our Kelo sauna house outdoors is a piece of Finland in the middle of the Alps. The special pine wood is dried naturally in the polar climate and then used for building sauna houses – a traditional craft. Rustic relaxation – with shooting stars instead of aurora borealis!

Those who like deep relaxation will find their favourite spot in the organic sauna. The “little sister” of the Finnish sauna is easy on your circulation and will lure you with fragrant essences. With a temperature of about 60 degrees Celsius and a higher air humidity, the organic sauna is also the perfect introduction for “sauna beginners”. Less heat but all the longer to enjoy!
SOME LIKE IT COVERED
Some like it more with swimwear! Therefore, we have a sauna area at Schwarzer Adler where swimwear is required, and which is separated from the nude area. We take the etiquette of our guests from all over the world into account. Families and friends can relax here comfortably, too. Soothing heat for individual sauna preferences!
